I have the Dawnbound Tome here, and this drowned ground is where its words belong: nowhere is the veil between life and death thinner than a place where the dead will not stay buried. But the drowned would drag your voice down mid-verse. Clear a space fit for the rite: put 8 of the Drowned Dead to rest, and we will consecrate it together.
