Footwork first, now the arm, $N. The practice yard sits up the path behind me, and its straw effigies were built to be hit. If you lose the way, press M to open the map: every task you carry is marked on it. Walk up to an effigy and left-click it: that makes it your target, and its name will appear at the top of your screen. Only then press 1, or click the first icon on the action bar along the bottom, to swing. Keep striking until one gives out; it will not swing back, effigies never do. Drillmaster Rook watches the yard from its west shoulder, where the strand path sets out: press F on him to hand the fell in.
