Hourglass of Suspension (Ability)
Description
Place a temporal hourglass at the selected location. Beneath an enemy, it suspends them for $e sec in PvE or $p sec in PvP and prevents all actions; damage breaks the effect. At your feet or beneath a group ally, it grants stasis for $t sec, prevents damage and actions, restores $h% of maximum health, and makes cooldowns recover $s% faster for you or $a% faster for an ally. On empty ground, the hourglass waits for $g sec and affects the first valid unit to step on it. The beneficial aura can be removed manually.
