Description
Passive: two critical strikes in a row with your Fire spells (Cinderbolt, Cinderfall, Scald, Pyrelance or Flamestrike) make your next Pyrelance or Flamestrike instant and free. The spenders count toward the NEXT streak, free casts included; a Flamestrike counts once however many enemies it strikes, and only the initial impact ever counts. (Fire)
