Description
Draws a surge of raw aether through the enemy for $d damage. Each cast leaves an Arcane Charge that raises your next Aether Surge's damage and cast speed (5% faster each) but sharply raises its mana cost, stacking up to 4; Aether Darts spends the charges. Each cast can also arm Aether Rush, making your next Aether Surge free and twice as fast to cast.
