Description
Consumes the target's vitality, dealing $d Shadow damage each second and transferring 70% of it as health. Affliction transfers all of it instead. When channeled on your primary Evil Eye, it consumes all Fate Threads at the start, and each Thread generates 1 extra Condemnation per tick.
